A Snapshot of Asian-Owned Businesses in Massachusetts

This brief is the first part of a broader research project of the Asian Business Empowerment Council, the Institute for Asian American Studies at UMass Boston, and Boston Indicators. The next part will include detailed qualitative interviews, aiming to better understand the opportunities and challenges faced by the diverse AAPI business community. The final report based on those findings will share recommendations and strategies to drive change and support the growth and success of Asian-owned businesses.
